Carbon Capture & Storage Association

The Carbon Capture and Storage Association (CCSA) is the lead European trade accusation focused on accelerating the commercial deployment of carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS).

We work with our members, governments and other organisations to ensure CCUS is developed and deployed at the pace and scale necessary to meet net zero goals and deliver sustainable growth across regions and nations.

The CCSA has over 120 member companies that are active in exploring and developing different applications of carbon capture, CO2 transportation by pipeline, ship and rail, utilisation, geological storage, and other permanent storage solutions, end-users of the technology and those in the supply chain, as well as members from management, legal and financial consulting sectors.

CO2 Value Europe (CVE)

CO2 Value Europe (CVE) is an international non-profit association representing the Carbon Capture and Utilisation (CCU) community in Europe and beyond with a mission to promote the development of a circular carbon economy based on CO2 to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to move away from fossil. The Association brings together over 90 organisations worldwide from diverse sectors (including industries, start-ups, universities, research and technology organisations, and regional clusters), and develops a large network of many more organisations and individuals who share the belief that CCU technologies are necessary to help the EU reach climate targets.

CO2 Value Europe is engaged in the communication and dissemination work in six EU-funded projects , within the framework of the Horizon 2020 and the Horizon Europe research and innovation programmes. In addition, it is a member of the Advisory Boards of several EU and national projects. Its Scientific Advisory Committee comprises scientists covering a wide range of expertise related to CCU and ensures that the association’s messages and activities are based on solid and objective scientific evidence.

The eFuel Alliance is interest group working for the political and social acceptance of eFuels and for their approval. Sustainable Aero Lab

The vision of the Sustainable Aero Lab is to make climate-neutral aviation a reality. We globally identify and accelerate startups and projects, which deliver a tangible reduction of the climate footprint of aviation.
