Make the most of your
event app profile.
Your sponsor profile is one of the most valuable touchpoints you have with our delegate audience — before, during and after the event. This guide walks you through everything you can customise, plus how to capture leads on the day.
Your Sponsor Profile
Every element below is customisable. Send your assets and updates to your account manager and we'll get them live for you.
The header
Header Image
Fully customisable to match your brand. This is the first thing attendees see when they land on your profile.
Email Address
So attendees can email you directly outside of the app. Usually populated with a generic company email (info@, hello@, etc.).
Website
The URL you provided your account manager during onboarding.
Call
Your company phone number. This is optional — let us know if you'd prefer to hide it.
Schedule Meeting
Opens the attendee meeting planner so delegates can book a meeting with a representative from your company at the event. This is one of the highest-converting CTAs on your profile.
Leave Business Card
An attendee will click this if they want to leave their business card with you. The main contact you've assigned for your company will receive a notification each time. All exchanged cards land in My Connections.
The About section
Company Profile Copy
The same description we received from you during onboarding. This can be updated at any time.
Video Embed (Optional)
Add a YouTube or Vimeo video to bring your profile to life. Great for showcasing tech, product walkthroughs, or recent announcements.
CTA Button (Optional)
An additional button beneath the video that links to a destination of your choice — your sustainability report, a product page, a webinar signup, anywhere.
The sidebar
👤 Representatives
Your company team, with direct chat and meeting links.
📍 Address
Your office or HQ location, mapped for attendees.
🔗 Social Media
LinkedIn, YouTube, X — wherever you want delegates to follow you.
📄 Documents
Up to 3 documents attendees can download (brochures, reports, decks).
Lead Generation
There are two phases to capturing leads through the app — start the warm-ups now, then switch to QR scanning on site.
Phase 1 — Pre-EventBuild connections before you arrive
Don't wait for the doors to open. The attendee list is live in the app weeks before the event — here's how to get a head start.
Open the attendee list
Find it in the left-hand menu under "Attendees".
Find the attendee you want to connect with
Use search and filters to identify the right contacts based on company, role or interests.
Click "Exchange Business Cards"
This sends them a request to connect.
Wait for them to accept
Once accepted, they'll appear directly in your Connections — ready to message or book a meeting with.
Scan delegates on the day
Every attendee badge has a unique QR code. Use the in-app scanner to capture leads instantly.
Open the QR Lead Scanner
You'll find it in the left-hand menu of the app.
Scan the attendee's badge
Point the scanner at the QR code printed on their lanyard.
The lead is captured automatically
It lands in My Connections — also in the left-hand menu.
Review your contacts anytime
All scanned leads, plus any pending business card requests, appear under "Your Contacts".
