Beurs van Berlage, Amsterdam | 6 - 8 May

We look forward to providing you with the opportunity to learn from, meet and engage with senior stakeholders from across the aviation and energy value chain including airlines, airports, fuel producers, policymakers, banks, investors and more. Event Schedule & Access

    • The registration desk will be open at the following times:
      09:00 AM on Tuesday 6 May for all 3 Day Premium PLUS and Premium Pass holders
      07:30 AM on Wednesday 7 May and Thursday 8 May for all 2 Day Basic Pass holders

    • If you are unsure as to which pass you have purchased, please contact nick.cassidy@safcongress.com

    • You will find your unique QR code to print your name badge within the event app

    • Once you arrive at the Beurs van Berlage you can scan this QR code at one of the SAF Congress registration kiosks, located at the registration desk

    • If you have any issues accessing your unique QR code within the app, you can also type your name into one of the registration kiosks to print your badge

    • If you require any assistance to access the event app please email jamie.bentley@safcongress.com

    • Premium PLUS and Premium Pass holders can access the SAF Masterclass & Aviation Decarbonisation Intelligence Day on Tuesday 6 May. The first masterclass will begin at 10:00, although attendees can enjoy a networking coffee and collect their name badge from 09:00 onwards.

    • All pass holders (Premium PLUS, Premium and Basic) have access to the Main Conference Days taking place from 7 - 8 May.

    • The first keynote session will begin at 08:30 sharp on Wednesday 7 May.

    • The latest agenda can be found within the event app. If you need any assistance accessing the event app, please email jamie.bentley@safcongress.com

    • The exhibition area will be open from 07:30 on Wednesday 7 May.

    • The exhibition area will be open throughout both main conference days on Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 May.

    • The 1-2-1 Meeting zone can also be found within the exhibition area on 7 and 8 May

    • On the 6 May Intelligence Day, the exhibition will not be open, but there will be numbered high tables available to schedule meetings in the coffee and lunch area

  • Smart Business Attire.

Premium Networking Dinner Experience Information - Premium PLUS Pass Holders

    • The Premium Networking Dinner experience is available to all Premium PLUS pass holders.

    • There are a limited number of places available to join the Premium Networking Dinner experience, so if you would like to upgrade your pass please email nick.cassidy@safcongress.com

    • The Premium Networking Dinner will take place after the conference sessions on 6 May at the Capital C, Amsterdam

    • Attendees will need to meet at the registration desk at 16:45 on Tuesday 6 May in preparation to board a private vintage tram to the dinner venue

  • Seamless Executive Experience

    • Travel in a private vintage tram from Beurs van Berlage to Capital C following the SAF Intelligence and Masterclass Day. Meet at the registration desk at 16:45 in preparation to board the private vintage tram to the Capital C venue.

    Strategic Networking in an Exclusive Setting

    • Join senior aviation and energy industry leaders upon arrival at the Capital C building for welcome drinks and high-level discussions overlooking the Amsterdam skyline in a refined, intimate environment.

    A Curated Culinary Experience

  • You can access the event presentations from within the event app. We will also email you directly with a link to the presentations each day.

Venue & Accommodation

  • The event will be taking place at the Beurs van Berlage

    Address: Damrak 243, 1012 ZJ Amsterdam, Netherlands

  • By train

    • The Beurs van Berlage is easily accessible by train. Amsterdam Central Station is approximately 300 metres (a 5-minute walk) from the Beurs.

    • From Schiphol Airport, around 18 trains per hour run to Amsterdam Central Station, with a travel time of approximately 15-20 minutes.

    • Train tickets can be conveniently purchased online before your journey

    By tram or metro

    • There’s a tram stop on Damrak, directly opposite the Beurs. Another stop is located a 5-minute walk away, behind the Royal Palace on Dam Square. If you’re travelling by metro, you can disembark at Amsterdam Central Station or, if you’re using the North-South Line, at Rokin. For more details, visit the GVB website.

    By bus

    • If you’re coming by bus, you can alight near the Bijenkorf department store. There are also bus stops behind the Royal Palace or at Amsterdam Central Station. For more information, check the GVB website.

    By taxi

    By bike

    • The Beurs van Berlage is easily reachable by bike. Under Beursplein, the Municipality of Amsterdam provides a bike parking facility where you can park your bike for free for up to 24 hours.

    By (electric) car

    • If travelling by car is unavoidable, we recommend checking Google Maps for the latest traffic updates before you set out. Roadworks in Amsterdam’s city centre may cause delays. Driving an electric car? Parking Centrum Oosterdok offers 136 charging points, making it the largest urban provider of electric charging facilities in the Netherlands.

    • The nearest parking garage is at the Bijenkorf, but we recommend Parking Centrum Oosterdok, which is just a 15-minute walk away. This garage is easier to access, cheaper, and offers 136 electric charging points.
